What can be returned or exchanged?

• Any item can be refunded or exchanged if contacted before the order is mailed to you.

  • Orders are mailed within 1-3 business days of payment received, tracking information will be sent to you by email upon shipping. **If you haven't recieved tracking information yet-- it is likely you can exchange or get a refund!**

• No refunds if the order has already mailed out. 

• A refund, replacement or exchange (pending inventory) is provided if your shipped order is lost, evident by shipment tracking information.

Orders are mailed to customers from 1-5 business days after the payment is received with registered tracking postal services through Canada Post, UPS or Fed EX. 

Customers will recieve an email with the tracking number when their order is mailed.   

**Refunds, or exchanges to orders must be made before the order is mailed.**
